These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Muvyx (the "Service"), provided by Muvyx ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Muvyx is a software platform that helps moving companies manage clients, leads, scheduling, crews, vehicles, contracts, payments, and related business operations, including optional integrations with third-party platforms a Customer chooses to connect.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Customer data and responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they enter into the Service, including data about their own clients and employees, and for having any consents required to process that data and to connect third-party integrations to their account.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service may allow Customers to optionally connect third-party platforms (such as Thumbtack) to their account. Use of any such integration is also subject to that third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

5. Payments

Paid features of the Service, and any payments Customers collect from their own clients through the Service, are processed through Stripe. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented at the time of purchase or as otherwise communicated to Customers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muvyx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
