Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Muvyx ("Muvyx", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with our software platform for moving companies (the "Service").
1. Who this applies to
Muvyx is used by moving companies ("Customers") to manage their own clients, leads, schedules, and business operations. This policy covers both our Customers and the individuals whose data Customers process through the Service (their clients, employees, and leads).
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone number, and company details provided when a Customer registers.
- Customer data: information Customers enter into the Service about their own clients, moves, employees, and vehicles.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe; Muvyx does not store full card numbers.
- Communications data: emails and messages sent through the Service, and, where a Customer connects a third-party integration (such as Thumbtack), messages exchanged through that integration.
- Usage data: log data and device information collected automatically when the Service is used.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and send transactional communications (contracts, invoices, reminders).
- To enable optional third-party integrations a Customer chooses to connect, such as Thumbtack, solely to provide the functionality the Customer requests (e.g. viewing and replying to leads/messages inside Muvyx).
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing providers), with third-party integrations a Customer explicitly connects (such as Thumbtack), or when required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as a Customer's account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information processed through the Service.
7. Your choices
Customers can access, update, or delete data they manage within the Service through their account settings, or by contacting us. Individuals whose data is processed by a Customer should contact that Customer directly to exercise their rights.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated revision date.
9. Contact us
Questions about this policy can be sent to the contact email listed on our website.
